The Artificial Intelligence and formal METhods Laboratory (AIMET Lab) is a research laboratory established within the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences (DUMAS) at the University of Sassari.
AIMET Lab conducts research in the following areas of interest:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Knowledge Representation and Automated Reasoning
- Formal Methods
The application domains considered in the research activities carried out by the AIMET Lab are manifold: safety-critical systems, Industry 4.0, digital libraries, environmental management and monitoring. AIMET Lab has an innovative character and provides active collaboration to local activities and SMEs.
